Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was much better than expected, lovely and light with a nice view of the gardens. It may be small, but it had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, good WiFi, a working television, and a kettle with plenty of tea, coffee, and fixings. The service was brilliant; the staff were extremely helpful right from the initial check-in to resolving a small issue. The location was great and very clean, situated in a pleasant residential area close to the city center. The dining experience was great with a variety of options and a relaxed atmosphere. All in all, a cozy stay with excellent services and convenient facilities.
The hotel had neat and good rooms, massive with high ceilings and very comfy beds, though the small shower was a downside. The service from the hotel owners was excellent, with brilliant and really helpful staff. The location was great, within walking distance of the city center, the University of Glasgow, and various attractions, and even offered parking if needed. The dining experience was amazing, with a good choice and personalized service. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was small but provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean with friendly staff and had white clean linen and good pillows. The service was excellent with kind and friendly staff. The location was perfect for reaching the University of Glasgow and connected to the city center. The dining experience was nice but could have more variety in the offerings. Overall, a cozy stay with great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped but unfortunately too hot due to lack of a fan. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally welcoming and accommodating staff. The location was convenient for accessing the university and city attractions, although the kitchen smells could be off-putting. The dining options were varied and satisfying, even though there were better choices nearby. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks to consider.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean, with a great number of outlets and an excellent shower. Although it was a bit cold, the hotel staff kindly provided me with an additional duvet, which solved the issue. Everything I needed was available in the room, including a nice shower, tea and coffee making facilities, and even GHD Hair straighteners that my wife loved using.
